Shipping:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your order date. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and USPS Ground Package.
  • Please note Rare Diamond Co is not responsible for any delays once order has been shipped from our facility. Shipping times may also vary depending on your shipping destination. All shipping updates will be communicated via email.
  • Rare Diamond Co. is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages that are delivered by USPS. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be made with the shipping carrier; we are not liable in any of these situations. Some lost or damaged packages are insured by the USPS. Contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to file an insurance claim if your tracking information indicates that it was delivered. 
  • Please ensure you confirm your billing and shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery of shipment due to incorrect addresses.

 

Returns:

All regular priced items can be returned for store credit (No refunds) Must be returned within 10 days after item received . Items must be in original packaging with tags . Items on sale/discounted , loungewear , bodysuits , leggings , swimwear, Ebooks ( Digital products) etc . are all FINAL SALE 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items . Please contact us for return address . 

Please let us know if you received the wrong item. Every situation will be handled individually. Within 3 days of  delivery, damaged, defective, or erroneous products MUST be reported. Please contact customer service at shoprarediamond@gmail.com

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

    • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. 

      DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:

        Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to shoprarediamond@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.Indicate "Defective" or

    • "Damaged" in the subject line. 

  • Include your First and Last name and order #
